Our commitment

Exel Prod Distribution Inc. is committed to making exelprod-6hx.pages.dev usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or voice control.

Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We treat accessibility as a build requirement, not a retrofit.

What we have implemented

• Semantic HTML throughout. Real headings, lists, tables, buttons and landmarks
• A visible skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page
• Every interactive control reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
• The mega menu, tabs, product gallery and filters all operable without a mouse, and dismissible with Escape
• Text contrast of at least 4.5:1, and 3:1 for large text and interface components
• Form fields with programmatically associated labels and error messages linked to their inputs
• Images that carry meaning have alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology
• Full support for prefers-reduced-motion. All animation and smooth scrolling is disabled when it is set
• Layout reflows to 320 px width without horizontal scrolling, and survives 200% text zoom
• No information conveyed by colour alone. Stock status carries both a colour and a text label

Known issues

Better to list them than claim a conformance we have not reached.

• Some manufacturer specification tables are dense and scroll horizontally on narrow screens. They are marked as scrollable regions but remain awkward on a small phone.
• Technical product illustrations convey shape but not exact dimensions. Every measurement is also given in the specification table as text.
• The price range filter is a native slider. Keyboard operation works, but we intend to add a numeric entry alternative.

Assessment

The site has been assessed by internal review against the WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria, using keyboard-only navigation and screen reader testing. We have not yet commissioned a third-party audit; when we do, we will publish the result here including anything it finds against us.

Reporting a barrier

If something on this site blocks you, please tell us. It is the fastest way for us to find problems that testing missed.

Email support@exelprod.com with the page address and what happened. We acknowledge within two business days and give you a target fix date.

It helps if you can tell us what assistive technology and browser you were using, but do not let not knowing stop you from reporting it.
