Cobra Water Pump Pliers, 250 mm

The Cobra adjusts by pushing a button and sliding the upper jaw, no unhooking, no repositioning the hand. Twenty-five positions across the range, and the jaw sets itself parallel to the work as it closes.

The self-locking geometry is the part that matters: load applied to the handles pulls the jaws further into the work rather than spreading them, so the tool does not slip off a rounded nut the way a channel-lock does. Gripping surfaces are induction-hardened to around 61 HRC.

What is covered

Covered against defects in material and manufacture. Damage from use as a hammer, pry bar or wrench extension is not covered.

Limitations

Warranty covers defects in material and manufacture only. It does not cover normal wear, consumable items, corrosion, or damage caused by using a tool outside its stated capacity or for a purpose it is not designed for. Where a product page states a specific exclusion, that exclusion applies.

Making a claim

Contact us at support@exelprod.com or +1 (202) 899-9143 with your order number and a photograph of the fault. We handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf; you do not deal with them directly.

Dispatch

In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order. Orders placed before 14:00 ET on a business day are picked the same day. This item is available to order with a lead time of 2–3 weeks.

Carriers

We ship with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator. Delivery is free on orders over $149.00; below that a flat rate of $14.95 applies. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.

Returns

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Sharpening stones that have been wetted, abrasives that have been opened, and saw blades removed from their sleeve cannot be returned for hygiene and condition reasons unless faulty.
