Conventional nippers have two ground faces meeting at the cut, which means they pinch the material and leave a whitened, compressed edge. The SPN-120 has one flat face and one bevel, so it slices rather than pinches. The cut comes off clear and needs no sanding.
The edge is ground to an angle that leaves almost no material to remove afterwards, which is why model makers and prototypers pay this much for a nipper.
It will not cut wire. Not soft wire, not staples, not photo-etch. One attempt takes a chip out of the edge and the tool is finished. Keep a second, ordinary nipper on the bench for everything that is not plastic.

Warranty covers defects in material and manufacture only. It does not cover normal wear, consumable items, corrosion, or damage caused by using a tool outside its stated capacity or for a purpose it is not designed for. Where a product page states a specific exclusion, that exclusion applies.
Making a claim
Contact us at support@exelprod.com or +1 (202) 899-9143 with your order number and a photograph of the fault. We handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf; you do not deal with them directly.

Carriers
We ship with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator. Delivery is free on orders over $149.00; below that a flat rate of $14.95 applies. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.
Returns
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Sharpening stones that have been wetted, abrasives that have been opened, and saw blades removed from their sleeve cannot be returned for hygiene and condition reasons unless faulty.
