PB Swiss manufacture everything in Wasen im Emmental and guarantee the tools for life without qualification. A broken driver is replaced, regardless of age.
The SwissGrip handle is a three-component moulding with a hard torque core, a soft grip skin and a hard cap that resists the palm digging in on long jobs. Blades are hardened to a slightly lower core hardness than the competition, which trades a little tip wear for a much lower chance of snapping.

Making a claim

Dispatch

Carriers
We ship with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator. Delivery is free on orders over $149.00; below that a flat rate of $14.95 applies. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.
Returns
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Sharpening stones that have been wetted, abrasives that have been opened, and saw blades removed from their sleeve cannot be returned for hygiene and condition reasons unless faulty.
