The waisted section along the shank is deliberate. Under a torque spike it winds up a few degrees and releases, which keeps the peak load off the tip corners where bits fail.
Ground to the JIS cross-head profile, so these seat properly in Japanese fasteners. Sold in tens because a bit is a consumable.

Warranty covers defects in material and manufacture only. It does not cover normal wear, consumable items, corrosion, or damage caused by using a tool outside its stated capacity or for a purpose it is not designed for. Where a product page states a specific exclusion, that exclusion applies.
Making a claim
Contact us at support@exelprod.com or +1 (202) 899-9143 with your order number and a photograph of the fault. We handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf; you do not deal with them directly.

Dispatch

Carriers
We ship with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator. Delivery is free on orders over $149.00; below that a flat rate of $14.95 applies. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.
Returns
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Sharpening stones that have been wetted, abrasives that have been opened, and saw blades removed from their sleeve cannot be returned for hygiene and condition reasons unless faulty.
